Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Methods

We ship via USPS Ground Advantage and UPS Ground for items fulfilled from our location. Manufacturer-direct items use the carrier chosen by the supplier.

If you do not receive mail at your street address, please provide both a PO Box and your street address at checkout. We will ship by the best available method depending on the products.

Shipping Costs

Flies (fulfilled by us)

A flat shipping fee of $3.95 applies to each order containing flies that we fulfill from our warehouse. This is a per-order fee, not per item.

Other Merchandise (manufacturer-direct shipping)

Items that ship directly from the manufacturer have their own shipping rates. These costs will be calculated and clearly shown in your shopping cart and at checkout based on the manufacturer’s shipping policy, item weight, and your delivery address.

Combined Orders (Flies + Other Merchandise)

When you order both flies and manufacturer-direct items, the total shipping cost (our $3.95 flat fee + the manufacturer’s shipping) will be displayed transparently in the cart before you pay.

Shipping costs are always shown before you complete your purchase — there are no surprise fees.

International Shipping

We ship international orders where available. International shipping rates, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are calculated and clearly shown in your cart and at checkout.

Delivery times are typically 7–14 business days plus processing time and any customs clearance delays. International customers are responsible for all duties and taxes.

Delivery Estimates

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and carrier performance. Processing time (2–3 business days) is added to these transit times.

Standard shipping: 3–7 business days after shipment

Alaska, Hawaii & U.S. Territories

Shipping is available but may have higher rates (shown at checkout). Delivery times are typically longer.

Order Tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order (or each portion of a split order) ships.
